Removal Settings
EXIF Data
Camera model, lens info, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, GPS coordinates, date taken, orientation, etc.
XMP Data
AI generation parameters (prompts, seed from Midjourney/DALL-E/Stable Diffusion), Adobe editing history, copyright, etc.
IPTC Data
News industry standard metadata: title, description, keywords, creator, copyright, etc.
ICC Color Profile
Color profile (sRGB, Adobe RGB, etc.). Removing may cause color shifts in wide-gamut images.
Embedded Thumbnail
Preview thumbnail embedded by camera or software.
PNG Text Chunks
Text info in PNG files: software signature, timestamp, AI generation tags, etc.

How to Use

Metadata is parsed automatically on upload. Tags (EXIF, GPS, AI, IPTC) are shown on cards. Click 'Details' to see full metadata.

Select Output Format
Output format auto-matches the uploaded file (e.g., PNG stays PNG). You can also manually choose JPG, PNG, or WebP.

Adjust Quality (Optional)
For JPG and WebP, adjust quality with the slider. Higher = bigger file; lower = smaller. No quality adjustment for PNG.

Remove Metadata
Click 'Remove Metadata' to start. Processing is local — your images never leave your device.

After removal, download images individually or as a ZIP archive.

- •All processing is local; data is cleared when the page is closed.
- •You can inspect metadata before deciding to remove it.
- •Removing metadata prevents others from accessing your shooting location, device info, and AI generation data.
- •AI-generated images often contain prompts and seeds; removing them protects your creative process.
